Application Requirements
The current rental climate suggests we are likely to receive multiple applications on each rental. Please apply in a timely manner.
General application requirements:
- Applicant must view the property with our Showing Agent
- Good credit, no open collection accounts & no evictions on record.
- Monthly gross income at approximately 3 X's monthly rent.
- Recent verifiable rental history.
- Anyone over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application
- $40 application fee (non-refundable)
Along with the completed application, please provide the following:
- Recent bank statement showing cash reserves
- Last 4 most recent paystubs
- Documentation of any other verifiable income
- Photo ID
